Nice hotel with a great location

Very well equipped and homely 1 bedroomed apartment. Hotel was nice and quiet, tuck shop/kiosk at the reception is good and staff were fantastic. We also paid extra for the riverside window views which was worth it. Location is also brilliant - close to supermarket, shopping mall, restaurants and the subway to Manhattan and NYC. The Hudson riverside is about 1 minute walk away and you get the most unbelievable New York views both at day and night time. The area is perfectly safe for walking at night. We would definitely stay here again.

We liked the location: 10-15 t walk along the waterfront to the Newport or Exchange place PATH stations. A bit further to the ferry. Easy walking to many breakfast, lunch, and dinner options - including the local ice cream parlour! We liked the facilities: the laundry was efficient and easy to use. We didn’t use it, but the appliances library is a great idea for those self-catering. We enjoyed the room: fairly sized, clean, and well appointed. The kettle/pot was great for making cups of tea. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to check in late at night, arrange a late checkout, and stow our bags for a few hours as well. All in all, an enjoyable stay in a convenient location at a great price point compared to staying in NYC.

Good location to visit NYC. Easy transportation to Manhattan, both the Financial District and midtown. It is a nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops. Convenient kitchenette. The room was comfortable. The staff was kind and tried to be helpful. The hotel does not provide any room service. The lack of service was not communicated at booking. We receive information on their policies at check-in. It was too late to find a better accommodation. The hotel was not cheap. It was more than 300$ per night. So, the value per dollar was very low.

I was pleased with our choice to stay here. We are a family of 4 and stayed here for 3 weeks during the Christmas holidays. I had read some not-so-great reviews and was unsure what to expect but we were very happy with this hotel. It was much more affordable to stay here and take the PATH train than comparable places in NY. The PATH train is an easy 9-minute walk. We had no issues using it or the metro. Our view was lovely- the NY skyline and the World Trade Center were visible from our window. The room was big enough for the 4 of us and was clean. Free washers and dryers are nice with a longer stay, and we used the kitchenette. The staff were friendly. There are restaurants, grocery stores, a mall, a target, and more all within walking distance or a short Uber ride. The area was safe and pleasant to walk along the water. Liberty State Park is a short drive from the hotel.

What a brilliant week we had in Jersey City. The location is amazing- 5 minutes walk from the Path train to WTC and with a fabulous view to Manhattan. The apartment was spacious and comfy, with a great well equipped kitchen. There was the option to hire kitchen appliances but these were in short supply during our stay. We still managed to cook on the stove and in the microwave. The apartment was really well stocked with everything you need such as shampoo, shower gel, washing up liquid, bin bags and tea towel so you really don’t need to bring much. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting New York.

Great rooms for a family, the queen suites accommodate a third person on a sofa bed easily. Rooms are comfortable, lots of great storage for suitcases etc. Water was available in the gym for free. There's a supermarket shelf of milk, water and basic food open all the time. Location was great, very close to the harbor and the path train which goes directly to World Trade Centre. Reception staff are helpful. I would stay again!

Nice location in Jersey City, away from the bustle of Manhattan, but with arguably the best view of Manhattan and easy access to public transport. Close to shops, restaurants, and everything you need in Jersey City. Rooms are well-sized with large, comfortable beds and functional kitchenettes, perfect for a long stay in the city. The gym and laundry facilities are very good. Great value for money for the staff that we had for 4 people and 2 rooms for 11 nights. Easily beat out many other places we looked at.

Everything! We had a view of Manhattan from our room which was a real bonus. The property is clean and modern with remarkably comfortable beds. It is situated just a few minutes walk from public transport (trams, trains and ferries) with many and varied places to eat in close proximity. The area is safe and clean. It was easy and inexpensive to travel across to Manhattan plus access to ferries for Liberty Island etc. The laundromat is free to use, and kept very clean and well organised. Having a small range of food and other products in the lobby area was very helpful for late check-in international travellers. Jersey City was so relaxing after the buzz of Manhattan.

First and foremost, the service is exceptional in quality. All the service providers are nice, super professional and ready to help with anything. For those visiting Manhattan, after getting used to traveling on the PATH and the ferry, the transition to Manhattan is very easy. The stations are very close to the hotel. The area of the hotel is simply charming. The quiet promenade on the water is close, the restaurants nearby are excellent. For those who want a little peace after a visit to Manhattan, the hotel is simply perfect. The standard room/apartment is just right for a couple. Those traveling with a higher number of passengers should take a larger room.
